There are events that need to be told with delicacy, sweetness, and emotion.
And that is exactly what I do through my photography during baptisms.
Even if it’s a small gathering, a baptism is a wonderful and intimate celebration: your family comes together, and it is your baby’s very first true celebration. Your child will have no memory of this important day, and that is why images become so meaningful for them. When they grow up, they will be immensely grateful to see their parents, grandparents, and relatives when they were young, and they will appreciate the importance of this celebration.
In fact, photographs represent the memories you preserve for them.
How does a Baptism photo session work?
My work begins in the intimacy of your home, with your baby’s preparation. I will photograph the details of the outfit they will wear, the sweetest moments shared with you, and some portraits of your little one on your bed.
I will then follow you to the church, capturing every moment and telling the story of your emotions while photographing all the symbols of the ceremony. After the service, I recommend staying a little longer to take a few photos at the altar with the most important people who came to celebrate with you: the godmother, godfather, and grandparents.
Afterwards, I will follow you to the venue or the restaurant where the celebration takes place, continuing the reportage of the day and capturing the carefully curated details of the reception, such as the decorations, place cards, favors, and the cake.
How much does a Baptism photo service cost?
Freezing a special day like a baptism through a series of photographs is something you will never regret.
And if we really think about it, we realize that photos are not objects, like toys or clothes, which will become unused after just a few months, but feelings and memories.
A photo service is an investment in emotions and something you will be able to cherish forever.
